Established in 2022, Te Waka Consultants is a collaborative business composed of experienced trainers and assessors.
BRYAN- KEITH ROWE, DIRECTOR.
After 27 years’ service in the NZDF and three with US Department of State (DoS), Bryan has had extensive experience both facilitating training both foreign and domestic, delivering successful outcomes within:
- The School of Artillery,
- The Army Depot (TAD),
- NZ Defence College,
- Army Command School,
- Ukfor, NATO & ISAF respectively.
Retiring as an Instructor Gunnery, Bryan continues to serve as an Active Reserve with 22(D) Battery, 16th Field
Regiment. In late 2020, Bryan became involved in the Education Training and Employment space at Te Runanga o Nga Wairiki Ngati Apa, developing relationships within the Manawatu and Rangitikei District.
During this time, Bryan’s journey in this space determined that there was a growing disparity in supply and demand in the Civil Management arena. The proposal of a tailored consultancy meeting specialised training with real employment outcomes was developed to fruition.
Te Waka Consultants (TWC) offers holistic, comprehensive collaborative training packages tailored to the client’s outcomes and candidate’s success. Our scope includes but is not limited to;
- ILN,
- Train the Trainer packages,
- Civil Management,
- Civil Infrastructure,
- Class 1, 2, 4 and 5 driver licencing & training,
- Wheels, Tracks & Rollers,
- Hospitality, and
- Tourism.
TWC is contracted to MTFJ Rangitikei, delivering tailored packages for Rangitahi and NEETS. We have proven, successful programmes with a strong focus on youth, Maori & Pasifika. TWC currently delivers TTM/ TMO (NP) training in collaboration with Iwi, employers and agencies within the Whanganui and Manawatu districts. Currently, we are in consultation to expand operations within the Wairarapa, Tararua, Taranaki, Tauranga and the Waikato.
